Preparing yourself as a manager and your team in the event of a peer return is just as crucial as supporting the employee returning.
Work2Care offers pre- and post-return workshops to support the colleagues, in consultation with the manager.
At the same time, we offer support through individual coaching for the employee returning. It is preferable to start the accompaniment before the return and carry out a regular follow-up up to 6 months after the return.
