Our workshops address the challenges related to the return to work after an extended absence by preparing the manager and the team to welcome back their peer following for example a chronical or critical sickness or maternity leave.

Thematic workshops can be designed depending on the team’s needs. During team workshops, for example, we explore together the roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder in a collective process as well as communication guidelines at each stage of the absence to best prepare together the return of an employee.

Finally, you will leave our workshops with practical advice to implement for the teams. These best practices are an integral part of initiatives focused on well-being, inclusion and caring management. They also strengthen employees’ sense of trust and transparency toward their employer, as well as the feeling of professional and social belonging.

Case management
Management of a specific case

You have an employee returning to work soon and want to prepare?

Preparing yourself as a manager and your team in the event of a peer return is just as crucial as supporting the employee returning.

Work2Care offers pre- and post-return workshops to support the colleagues, in consultation with the manager.

At the same time, we offer support through individual coaching for the employee returning. It is preferable to start the accompaniment before the return and carry out a regular follow-up up to 6 months after the return.

Whether you are a manager, a colleague or an returning employee, our services are designed to provide you with the knowledge and necessary tools to create an inclusive and welcoming work environment.

Professional Coaching and Individual Sessions

We propose to support to individual wishing to return to their work after an extended absence or to maintain their activity. This support includes individual coaching sessions, during which we will assess your needs and abilities following your leave. We also propose specific support for family caretakers.

Our commitment to you doesn’t stop there: we provide followup coaching sessions after your return to work, to ensure that you find the ressources and network support according to your needs.

Thus, you are accompanied throughout your journey for a successful return to work.
