Who are We?
Work2Care is founded by Laure Maillard. Following life events throughout her career, she realized that little, if nothing, was done to support the return to work of an employee but also managers and teams to prepare them collectively and individually to welcome back a teammate.
Laure has 25 years of HR experiences in various sectors internationally and worked in multicultural environment . She is a strong advocate for Diversity and Inclusion matter and actions. In addition, Laure is a Professional and life Certified Coach and a Patient Partner, which is allying Work & Care.

From our personal experience, we have learned the importance of collaboration to support the return to work. We aim to assist HR departments and managers in implementing best practices to manage the return to work after an extended absence by co-creating a supportive work environment that fosterswell-being, inclusion and productivity. Whenever an employee chooses to maintain work during treatment a personalized support may be provided.
